hospitality programs can provide exclusive access and take home

Private Hospitality Chalets
Whether you're a local business looking to entertain clients and reward employees, an organization, or a group of friends that want the VIP treatment, a Private Hospitality Chalet is the way to go.
Whether you're a local business looking to entertain a large group of clients and employees, an organization, or a group of friends that want the VIP treatment, a Corporate Hospitality Chalet is the way to go. Each chalet includes 24 premium box seats and a 12' x 20' tented area with two tables and seating for 16, all on an elevated viewing stand. You'll receive credentials, program guides and event t-shirts for 32 guests. The corporate chalets include a catered buffet lunch, dessert and soft drinks. A cash bar serving beer, wine and malt beverages will be available or you can arrange for an open bar for your guests.

Colonel's Club Corporate
Reserved Box Seating
Colonel's Club Corporate offers reserved group box seating on the VIP Viewing Stand. Group box seating is available in rows of 4 seats each and offers a turn-key opportunity to create a VIP area to entertain clients or reward employees. Colonel's Club Corporate features a catered buffet and complimentary soft drinks, beer, wine and malt beverages served to you in your seat. An elevated covered observation deck will offer an amazing view of the show with tables and seating so you have a place to eat and socialize.
Each Colonel's Club Corporate seat includes:
• Premium seating on the Colonel's Club viewing stand for two days at Show Center with complimentary food, soft drinks, beer, wine and malt beverages
• VIP Parking Permit at Show Center (1 per 4 seats)
• Special Colonel's Club Corporate Box credential
• event t-shirt, hat and event program
